Email & Anti-Spam Policy

Vexanior is committed to responsible email practices and full compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable email and privacy laws. This policy explains how we collect email addresses, what we send, and how you can stop receiving emails from us.

1. Opt-In Policy

We send marketing emails only to recipients who have explicitly opted in via one of the following methods:

  • Checking an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox during account signup or checkout
  • Submitting our newsletter signup form on the website
  • Explicitly opting in from within their account settings

We do not purchase, rent, scrape, or harvest email lists. Every recipient on our marketing list provided their email address directly to Vexanior.

2. Email Types We Send

Transactional Emails (always sent)

These emails are required to fulfill your order or maintain your account:

  • Order confirmations and receipts
  • Shipping notifications with tracking numbers
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Password reset requests
  • Account security alerts
  • Customer support replies
  • Return and refund updates

Marketing Emails (opt-in only)

These emails are sent only to subscribers who have explicitly consented:

  • Weekly newsletter featuring new arrivals
  • Promotional offers and seasonal sales
  • Product recommendations based on browsing or purchase history
  • Abandoned-cart reminders (where permitted)

3. Unsubscribe

Every marketing email contains a visible one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and take effect within 24 hours.

You may also unsubscribe by:

  • Emailing support@vexanior.com with the subject "Unsubscribe"
  • Updating preferences in your account settings

Once unsubscribed, you will continue to receive only essential transactional emails related to active orders or account security.

4. Bounce & Complaint Handling

We actively monitor email deliverability and respect feedback signals from email providers:

  • Hard bounces (invalid addresses) are removed from our list immediately and permanently.
  • Soft bounces (temporary delivery failures) are retried up to 3 times, then suppressed.
  • Spam complaints result in immediate, permanent removal of the address.
  • Inactive subscribers (no opens or clicks for 12 months) are pruned from our list to maintain list hygiene.

We use Amazon SES suppression lists and monitor bounce and complaint rates daily to stay well within industry-accepted thresholds.

5. Email Authentication

All emails sent from Vexanior are authenticated using:

  • SPF (Sender Policy Framework)
  • DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)
  • DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance)

This protects you from spoofed or phishing emails impersonating our domain.

6. Data Sources

All email recipients are customers or prospective customers who provided their email address directly through https://vexanior.com. We never send to addresses obtained from third parties without separate, verifiable consent.

7. Frequency

  • Marketing newsletter: typically once per week
  • Promotional offers: occasionally during sales events
  • Transactional emails: only when triggered by an order or account event

8. Report Abuse

If you believe you received an unsolicited email from Vexanior, please email support@vexanior.com with the full email headers. We investigate every report within 1 business day and take corrective action immediately.
