3. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking numbers are emailed when orders ship. Vexanior is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
